Physical products on this site can be ordered through third party distributors. Digital products for sale include online courses and can be purchased through this website using a third party distributor managed by Barbera Behavior Consulting, LLC.

Use of this site, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Barbera Behavior Consulting is subject to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.

  WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW IS IT USED?

  • Information You Voluntarily Submit to the Site: The Site may collect personal information from you such as your name or email address. For example, you may voluntarily submit information to the Site by leaving a comment, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting a contact form.

  • InfusionSoft – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. InfusionSoft stores your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications. InfusionSoft may also use tags to identify whether you fall into a certain classification (i.e. parent or professional) and/or you are interested in certain information. This information is stored on InfusionSoft’s servers.
  • Deadline Funnel – this service is used for presenting timed offers. Deadline Funnels stores your email address for purposes of personalizing your email communications. This information is stored on InfusionSoft’s servers.
  • Wishlist Member – this service is used for management of our membership programs. Wishlist Member stores information gathered for your user profile for purposes of administering your membership. This information is stored on Wishlist Member’s servers and is shared with the Site.
  • Everwebinar – From time to time, Barbera Behavior Consulting, LLC will host webinars, which are hosted through Everwebinar. If you elect to participate in a webinar, you will be required to submit personal information to register and login. You may also receive email communications regarding reminders and playback availability. All information submitted for your participation is stored by the software hosting the webinar. Please consult the Everwebinar’s privacy policy for additional information.
  • Samcart – this service is used for payment processing on ecommerce products. At no time is your banking information passed to the Site. We receive only information used for order fulfillment and reporting.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Site’s sole discretion. Except when required by law, Barbera Behavior Consulting, LLC will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; however, Barbera Behavior Consulting, LLC may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the Site to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.

ANONYMOUS DATA

From time to time, Barbera Behavior Consulting, LLC may use anonymous data, which does not identify you alone, or when combined with data from other parties. This type of anonymous data may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Examples of this anonymous data may include analytics or information collected from cookies.

The Site uses cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, customize content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Retargeting Ads

Affiliate Program Participation

The Site may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the Site. Newsletters On the Site, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, Barbera Beahvior Consulting, LLC may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows Barbera Beahvior Consulting, LLC to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.
